APPLY TO AACAThank you for your interest in AACA! Before the Admissions Committee considers a student, the application file must include:
- A completed application for admission with a $150 non-refundable application fee. The application fee for the Tots program is $25
- A copy of the applicant's birth certificate
- For applicants in grades 1-8: Current report card/progress report and previous years report card/progress report if enrolled in another school
- For applicants in grades 2-7: Standardized test score reports
- If applicable, ALL Support service assessment or screening reports (Speech, Occupational Therapy, Vision, Hearing, other services)
- If applicable, ALL Diagnostic evaluations (Neuro-psychological, Speech, Occupational Therapy, Behavioral Evaluations)
- If applicable, a copy of the baptismal certificate
Additional requirement for preschool: Applicants must be potty trained before the start of school.
Before the start of the school year, all students must submit health information through our online system, as required by our policy stated in our parent-student handbook. Should any student not be able to submit required health records for any reason, this information must be communicated prior to the student's acceptance as it will be considered on a case-by-case basis.APPLICATION DEADLINEApplications for some grade levels are still being accepted for the 2024-25 school year.
